Ms. Mims is a Senior IT Security Expert and the Founding CEO of GlobeArk Enterprise. Ms. Mims has a combine of domestic and overseas experience focused on IT Security services. For the last 25 years Ms. Mims has provided IT security solutions and guidance for U.S Federal, Civilian and Judiciary agencies as well as commercial clients within the Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, and physical security sectors. Ms. Mims was in charge of multiple government and commercial contracts during her tenure with several federal agencies including Department of state (DoS), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Judiciary agencies such as U.S. Court and the private sector. Ms. Mims went on to successfully set up a Cybersecurity and Information Assurance company that was awarded multiple government contracts serving various national security interests. Following more than 10 years of company growth Ms. Mims successfully sold the company and stayed on as senior advisor during a transition period and later went on to establish GlobeArk Enterprise.
Ms. Mims holds a BS in Business Administration as well as several industry relevant certifications such as Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Certification and Accreditation Professional (CAP), and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). Ms. Mims has received various awards and recognitions
Chief Technical Officer (CTO)
Mr. Vahisalu is a Telecom and Cybersecurity expert. Mr. Vahisalu has a Diploma in Informatics from TalTech, Tallinn University of Technology, a BSc in Information Science from Tallinn University and Information Management, MSocSc. Further Mr Vahisalu has a MBA in Entrepreneurship and Technology Development, University of Tartu and has taken courses in Blockchain, Machine Learning from MIT Sloan School of Management. Mr. Vahisalu has previous work experience and senior management roles with Bank of Tallinn, Telia Mobile, the largest telecom company in Scandinavia and with several IT companies and latest as Vice President of Technology with Global Voice Group, a Telecom and Financial Industry Regulatory oversight platform provider.
Chairman
Mr. Eriksson is an Entrepreneur with Business and IT law studies at Stockholm University. Mr. Eriksson has global work experience including Africa over the last 20 years in the security, resources and automotive sectors. Mr. Eriksson has a background in the Swedish military serving both in the UN and EU forces in several hotspots and later pursued various senior management and advisory roles for global oil and gas, mining and automotive companies. Investor and previous board assignments in Swedish IT companies as well as advisor to US IT security company.
